Refund/Return Policy
Refunds are only available to be reversed back to customer within a 48 hour period (before shipment) after placing your order. Meaning, if you make a purchase and decide to cancel your order after the 48 hour grace period has passed the refund is voided. Only shipping cost will be refunded.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you received your product and is damaged please email us with your concerns (franniejoscustomsandcreations@gmail.com). Please to be sure to include your order number in your email. If needed to be returned we will send customer a return label, customer shall ship merchandise back to FJCC within 7 business days of initial complaint. Once merchandise has been delivered back to us and is inspected customer will recieve an email stating if refund request has been approved or denied. Refund will then be sent within 24 hours. If customer refuses to send items back to merchant they waive all their rights to receive a refund.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Including but not limited to blankets, shirts, tumblers etc. There are no refunds and/or cancellations for custom orders! Please follow proper steps to report any issues with custom orders!**
Lost/Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If it does not update after 24-48 hrs after label is printed please contact me. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it you will need to follow the proper steps to contact me so I can file a claim. Refund or remake will be granted if postal services approved the claim!
Preorders:
All sales are final for all preorders. Preorder have a longer tat due to quantity control. There are absolutely no refunds for preorders unless product arrives damaged (please refer back to our policy for damaged products).
Sale items: All sales are final! No refunds, credit or cancellations on sale items. Buy at your own pleasure. We do not refund for “buyers remorse”. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
